MEDITATION WORKSHOP FOR BEGINNERS “To go inward, one has to stop all the activities connected with the outside world.” The full benefits of meditation stem from the ability to bring body and mind to complete stillness. If you've wanted to meditate but haven't found an effective path, or are stuck in mental habits that make stillness seem an impossible goal, enjoy a morning in the good company of others seeking to discover the profound rest and inner peace that are possible through this ancient discipline.
